Community / Discord Guidelines
Members are required to act in a mature manner and are responsible for their own actions.
Hate speech, racism, sexism, discrimination or bullying is prohibited.
Any content intending to flame, bait or otherwise abuse another member is prohibited.
Sharing member personal information is prohibited.
Advertising of other communities or websites is prohibited.
Do not message staff privately to discuss community operations. Create a ticket or publicly ask your questions.
Staff have absolute discretion when it comes to enforcing any Community/Server rules
Server / Ingame Guidelines
General
The community/discord rules apply In-game at all time, No exceptions.
You must be the minimum age of 14 to be able to play. Regardless, members are required to act at a mature age and are responsible for their actions.
Use common sense at all times.
Players using client-side mod menus and / or any form of script or software to modify the gameplay will be permanently banned and black listed from both the server and Discord. No ban appeal will be given.
A working microphone / headset is required, push to talk may be recommended.
Military Roleplay is not allowed, this includes using Military helicopters or planes and wearing military uniforms.
Roleplay
Trolling is not permitted, this included all forms of interrupting roleplay whether it may be yours or someone elseβs. (RDM, VDM , screaming over microphone, spamming radio/voice chat with music, etc)
Players are required to be on radio at all times when playing as an Emergency Service(Police, Fire, EMS, etc). To bring up the radio do /radio
You may not interject or interrupt any roleplay scenes that you have to be requested in. The only time you may do so is when you have been requested or a Higher ranking officer / supervisor has given you permission
All players are required to follow the Chain of Command in their department at all times(no exceptions), Players not following the Chain of Command can be subject to staff punishment or Department demotion.
Staff Interaction
Staff have absolute discretion when it comes to enforcing any Discord / Server rules.
When given instruction by any staff member, you must follow their directions without any form of delay. Failure to do so may result in consequences.
Being aggressive, hostile, ignorant or toxic to staff will not be tolerated at any time. If you are, this will result in consequences.
Evading staff is not allowed. Do not attempt to flee, kill, drag or teleport away from staff who are trying to talk to you. Doing so will result in worse punishment.
Impersonating staff is not allowed and will result in kicks, warnings or bans.
Players found wearing the RRO staff hoodies will receive an immediate ban and escalation to a manager or executive.
Vehicles
Players must use the appropriate vehicle to their department, Both LEO and civilian vehicles can be found via the F2 menu
Players are not permitted to spawn in weaponized vehicles e.g Oppressor or tanks. You may also not spawn in vehicles that break the physics of realistic roleplay e.g Rocket powered car/bike.
There may only be one Police Helicopter in the air at once, a Police Helicopter pilot is responsible for the safe and realistic flying of the vehicle and must stay at a realistic altitude. Intentionally flying into buildings will result in punishment.
No modifications are allowed to be made to vehicles other than engine upgrades. Turbo must not be used on emergency vehicles. Wheel's must remain stock unless approved by staff in a support ticket.
Uniforms
All players must be wearing the appropriate uniform, for the service they are playing for at all times. You may not mix and match between services.
You may only wear the rank you are assigned on the roster E.g Wearing Lieutenant uniform when you are a Patrol Officer.
You must wear the uniform designated in the F2 menu.
Face coverings are not to be worn by police personnel unless authorized in a support ticket.
